Children and Adolescents counselling

13years to 18years of age

Involves a safe space for children and adolescents to

  • Share, their most difficult emotions and expiernces 

  • To grow and adopt helathy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.​

Signs that your child may need counselling support

  • Social isolation

  • Anger tantrums

  • continuous feelings of fear, anxiety and worry

  • struggling with body image

  • Pre-occupation with the phone/ electronic device

  • loosing interest in things

  • (Negative) changes in academic grades for a long time

  • Persistent bad dreams

  • self harm

Note of Parents: 

The thought of starting therapy for your child may be frightening, but therapy can be really helpful. Just like you take your child to a doctor when they their body doesnt feel okay, similarly you always have a choice to bring your child to a psychologist when they their mind and behvaiour doesnt feel okay. 

Youth counselling

18 years to 25 years of age

Involves a safe space for young adults to

  • Share, their most difficult emotions and expiernces 

  • To grow and adopt helathy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.​

  • To build resilience

  • To help them explore their identity and undertsand themselves better

Signs that you or your young adult may need counseling 

  • finding it difficult to focus at work/ studies

  • loss of interest in activities 

  • conflict with parents/ family members

  • burnout

  • anxiety

  • depressive mood

  • Stress

  • Difficult to manage anger

  • Breakup or other relatinship issues
